AI Assistant for DJs

Drop the admin, not the beat.

Sound familiar?

  • Chasing couples for song requests and do-not-play lists
  • Lining up setup times with venues and planners
  • Forgetting equipment because there's no consistent checklist
  • Losing touch with venues between gigs

You'd rather read a room than chase a couple for their must-play list. But the planning adds up fast. You've got load-in times to line up with venue managers, power needs to confirm, wedding planners to sync with, and every piece of gear to pack. All of that admin can eat as many hours as the gigs themselves. And in peak season, you might be juggling five or six events at once.

I build you a custom AI that does the event-prep busywork. It drafts every form, timeline, and checklist for you to approve before anything goes out. It drafts song request forms to send at the right time, then pulls must-plays, requests, and do-not-plays into one clean brief. It drafts the back-and-forth with venues and planners, so everyone's on the same page before you arrive. It makes custom gear checklists for each event, based on whether it's indoor or outdoor, guest count, and power needs, so nothing gets left behind. Between gigs, it drafts quarterly check-ins to your venues, so you stay on their preferred vendor lists. By default these wait for your tap. For a check-in whose wording you signed off on, you can turn on auto-send so it goes out without you, and you can see or cancel any before it leaves. You show up, plug in, and perform. Anything new it writes still waits for your okay.

Example: a helper I'd build for you
You Gear list for Saturday's gig: outdoor tent, 200 guests.
Helper Checklist ready. Primary + backup speakers, sub, 4 extension cords, rain covers. Organized by load priority.

A scripted example, not real clients, and not live AI.
