Yes. For most consulting work, I'm not holding your data. If your project includes an assistant I run for you, it runs on its own machine, with its own storage: your client list, drafts, and a record of what was sent are kept there and are yours alone. I never sell your data, and for client work I use business-tier AI services set up so your data isn't used to train the provider's models. It's all in my privacy policy, and I'll walk you through how your data is handled before anything turns on.
ChatGPT is a general tool. It doesn't know your business, your clients, or how you work. I build you something custom: it fits your details, uses your voice, and I set it up for you so you don't have to figure it out yourself.
It writes the drafts and drops them in a private Slack channel for you to review. Tap Approve, and it sends the message for you. Texts go out from a number set up for your business. By default nothing goes out until you approve it. For messages whose wording you've already signed off on, you can turn on auto-send, and you can still cancel any before it leaves. On our call we set up the review channel so it fits how you work.
