TakeBack LLC ("TakeBack," "we," "us," or "our") is a Florida limited liability company providing AI consulting services. This policy explains what information we collect and how we handle it.
This policy applies to our individual and business clients and to visitors of takebackops.com.
When you engage our services or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and details about your project. If you use our website contact form, your message is delivered to us by Formspree. See formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy for details. If we reach out to your business about our services, we may have found your contact details in public places like your website or a directory listing.
In the course of a consulting project, we may have access to business information, files, and other materials you share with us. You control what you share. We recommend not sharing sensitive personal data such as social security numbers or financial credentials.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. TakeBack LLC does not store your payment credentials. See stripe.com/privacy for details. If you pay by Zelle or bank transfer instead, your payment is handled by your bank and ours.
We use Cloudflare's privacy-respecting analytics which do not use cookies and do not track individuals. We do not use Google Analytics.
Like all websites, when you visit takebackops.com your browser automatically sends technical data such as your IP address to our hosting provider (Cloudflare). We do not use this data to identify or track you.
We use your information solely to: provide our consulting services; communicate with you about your project, billing, and support; process payments; comply with legal obligations; reach out to businesses we think we can help (see Section 4); and, with your consent, send you ongoing marketing emails (see Section 4). We do not sell your information or use it for ad targeting.
We only add you to our mailing list with your consent, and you may leave it at any time by using the unsubscribe option in the email or emailing us directly. If we reach out to your business and you would rather not hear from us, tell us and we will stop.
We only handle the information you send us, like emails and project files, to do the consulting work, on password-protected devices and accounts we control, and we keep it only as long as described in Section 7. If a project ever involves a system that stores your data, we'll explain exactly how that works before any of it starts.
If a project uses a cloud AI model (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google), prompts are transmitted to that provider's servers. For client work we use paid or business-tier AI services configured so the provider does not use your data to train its models.
We do not sell or trade your information. We share data only with the service providers we rely on to run our business: Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for website hosting and analytics, Google for email and file storage, Microsoft (OneDrive) for file storage and backup, Formspree for our contact form, Cal.com for booking calls, and any AI model provider used for your project. We also share data as required by law. If you pay by Zelle or bank transfer, your payment details also pass through your bank and ours.
We keep the information you share only as long as needed for the work, our business records, and our legal obligations. Payment and tax records are kept for 7 years in line with IRS recordkeeping guidance. Business correspondence and engagement records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and legal purposes. Mailing-list contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Project files you share are deleted when the work no longer needs them.
When a project ends, we delete the materials you shared once they're no longer needed for the work, from our own systems and, where we can, from the third-party services we use. You can ask us to return or delete what you shared at any time, and we'll respond within 30 days, usually much sooner.
We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and keeping your information on password-protected devices and accounts controlled by our managing member. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
In the event of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law and without unreasonable delay after we determine a breach has occurred (unless law enforcement asks us to delay notice). We follow the notification requirements of the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA).
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, except for records we are legally required to keep (see Section 7). You may also withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@takebackops.com. We will respond within 30 days.
TakeBack LLC is committed to following the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA), including the security and breach-notification practices described in Sections 9 and 10. If you have concerns, you may also contact the Florida Department of Legal Affairs at myfloridalegal.com.
Our services are not directed to individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We will notify existing clients and mailing-list subscribers via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect and update the "Last Updated" date above. For everyone else, changes take effect when posted on this page.
If you text one of our business numbers, we may reply by SMS about your question, booking, or support request. Texting us first starts the conversation, and it is the basis for reply-only consent for us to reply to you. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We use an AI assistant to help write our replies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for help. We do not use text messages to send promotional or bulk marketing.
We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers, or your SMS consent, with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing. For the full terms of our text program, see our Messaging Terms.
