These Messaging Terms apply to text messages sent to and from the business phone numbers of TakeBack LLC ("TakeBack," "we," "us," or "our"). They describe how our text program works, what messages you may receive, and how to stop them at any time.
Our text program lets you reach TakeBack by SMS about your question, your booking, or an existing project, and lets us reply. Every message is a direct, one-to-one message in a conversation you started. If you book a call by text, we may also send you a confirmation and a reminder for it. We use an AI assistant to help write our replies. We do not use this program to send promotional or bulk marketing texts.
You join by texting one of our business numbers first. Texting us first starts the conversation, and it is the basis for reply-only consent for us to reply to you. We do not add phone numbers from purchased lists, web forms, or any outbound solicitation.
After you text us, you may receive replies such as answers to your question, times for a call, booking confirmations, and support or account updates related to your request.
Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. Most of our messages are replies to you, so you control how often the conversation continues. If you book a call by text, you may also get a confirmation and a reminder for that booking.
We do not charge you to take part in our text program. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier. Please check with your carrier for details about your plan.
Reply STOP to any of our messages at any time to stop receiving texts from that number. We also honor these opt-out words: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT, OPT OUT, and OPT-OUT. Capitalization does not matter, and neither does punctuation at the start or end of your message. A lowercase stop works, and so does STOP with a period after it. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have opted out, and we will not send you further texts from that number. If you ask us to stop in your own words instead of using a keyword, we will honor that request as well. A person reads those messages, so a request in your own words may take a little longer to take effect than a keyword.
To opt back in, reply START to the number you opted out from. Texting us about something else does not restart the messages, so please send START if you want them again.

Our text program is available on major United States mobile carriers, but carrier participation can change. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier's network and is not guaranteed.
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile phone number you text us from. Our text program is intended for use within the United States.
We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers, or your SMS consent, with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing. For details about how we handle your information, please see our Privacy Policy, including the Text Messaging (SMS) section.
We may update these Messaging Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
